DepositPhotos is a library with over 100 million high-quality and royalty-free stock photos and vector images. They have amazing deals where you can get 100s of photos for under $50.
ShutterStock
FOR NEW WEBSITES
When I can't find photos on DepositPhotos, I'll use ShutterStock from some specialized photos and they always come through.
