Learn some of my favorite blogging courses that have made me successful in blogging.
I’m probably like most of you, skeptical of blogging courses. Because at the end of the day, most people who are in the business of creating content are in the business making money from the emails and content they create, so there’s some sort of bias.
Well, this post is a true review of the courses that I would absolutely stand behind because I used their tips and strategies in my VERY OWN lifestyle blog.
I’ve struggled for a decade trying to save money by learning from “free stuff” that’s readily available on blogger sites, learning from how bloggers structured their content, learning from free Facebook groups, going to conferences to learn in person, watching YouTube, etc.
However, what I’ve learned from all this is this: the courses that you should take should be from bloggers who RECOMMEND that content because it has helped THEM. I know, you are thinking this is just affiliate marketing. That is very true.
There are a TON of different strategies out there, and you need to make sure that the strategies aligns with how you want to make money online blogging. There are so many different routes, you just need to understand which you’ll need to follow.
I’ll make sure I include details on this page once I have time to thoroughly review them all, but I wanted to share with you some of my favorites
Honest Review of Blogging Courses I Love (or are on my list to take)
I am watching their YouTube videos, and both of these guys are amazing and so down to earth. I have used their strategies with our food blog, and it has completely matched the trajectory they promoted.
Julie Blanner’s The Business of Blogging
I met Julie at a blog conference, and she’s so generous with her knowledge even outside of her course. She is trying to elevate bloggers to ensure that they are getting the most out of the value that they are bringing.
Tasha Arguso’s Affiliate Marketing for Bloggers
She’s pretty much amazing, a lawyer turned blogger. She is the queen at affiliate marketing and product creation in a niche outside of blogging.
Jennifer Maker’s Pinterest Launch Plan
Jennifer is a crafting queen, and she has a ton of courses on blogging and using crafting machines. I love her Pinterest Launch plan, and it worked really well for me.
Rick Mulready’s Facebook Ads System
I haven’t purchased his course, but have listened to his podcast and tried his tips. If I actually had a product that I could sell with Facebook ads, I would buy this in a heartbeat.
Gina is such an amazing teacher and shares the good and the bad. She was the one I started following to find some of these other course creators. She’s smart, funny, witty, and completely honest with the business. She taught me what SEO was early on with her presence with her Facebook Lives where she freely taught!
I attended a blogging bootcamp where she talked about sales funnel. She is the QUEEN of sales funnels. If you have created an online product, she’s pretty much amazing at helping you focus on how to create sales funnels to, well, SELL.
